Moving back - job ideas?

My husband and I lived in Henderson for 3 years and his job moved us to Reno. Long story short, we want to come back. I work remotely but he needs something. He is skilled in manufacturing, warehouse management, and he currently installs Dish Network, security alarms, smart home stuff, etc. would like to stay in that industry but seems to be a dime a dozen. Pay would need to be at least $21 an hour or more. And please don’t say “check indeed” etc, we have been. We’ve found in Vegas that it’s easier to get your foot in the door by knowing someone/word of mouth. Thanks!
