Spitting / coughing up blood (mono) should I seek emergency medical help

Male 22, taking ibuprofen but no other meds. 6’4 310 pounds

I tested positive for mono yesterday. My throat is not as sore as yesterday but I’ve still be exhausted and what not. When I tested positive I had told the doctor some of my mucus included blood and they said not to be alarmed (at the time it was only flecks of blood). Now I am spitting up mucus that seems to be mostly blood, (dark red color). When I clear my throat I spit it up, or when I cough it comes out. Some times it’s still mostly mucus but for the last hour or so there has been a large increase in blood. Should I seek emergency medical help? I have pics if needed
