Just started playing the division 1 on steam deck. Does anyone know how to fix the constant half second lag?

It's not input lag, movement and interacting with things works just fine. But any and all combat has a constant .5-1.0 second delay.

It's not fps either, getting a constant 60fps. My Internet connection is good as well

Any help would be appreciated
