Will more ram help?

I got addicted to watching YouTube videos of this game, and ended up buying a PC just to play it. I didn't go completely high end, but I have an AMD 7xxx and Nvidia 4060 laptop. The CPU utilization stays under 10% and GPU is usually around 35%. Even with the low utilization, my framerate is in the teens now. I have 16 gigs of ram, and that is near maxed out when playing the game. I have about 900 beavers and bots in my first colony. I only have two districts, so I understand I could probably gain some performance by breaking it up in to a few more. However, I'm curious if I threw in 64 gigs, would I see an improvement?
