Internet is super slow on my pc after connecting it to my ethernet cord

I was having problems connecting to wifi cause I thought my motherboard supported wifi but it actually doesn’t. I connected it to my ethernet cord and the connection is super slow like 1 mbps I tested it. Now before that I connected it to my ps5 and my ps5 tested it above 900+ mbps which is a drastic difference to my pc so what the heck is going on?
