Looking for a Harry Potter fic pls help

So I'm looking for a fic on ao3 and I remember the beginning of it sorta but none of the tags or the title. It starts before Harry gets to Hogwarts and the Dursleys and Harry driving at night for some reason with heavy downpour, then the car hrydroplanes and crashes and flips on its side. The Dursleys all get out and leave harry trapped in the car and then it catches on fire and severely burns him. He also has a prosthetic leg I think and he's hard of hearing, I don't remember anything else about it after that though. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏 😭
