Should I be farming T1 for coins or cells?

I’m at a point in early game where daily missions give me the equivalent coins of entire T1 runs (5M per). These runs take 6 and a half hours each assuming I remain on 4.5x game speed.

Should I be prioritizing coins on tier 1, or should I be prioritizing cells by equipping different cards?
