Burnt out

I just finished qlippoth. I been feeling sketched thin and burnt out for months even before qlippoth. I just finished qlippoth on Saturday. I want to start back spiritual work but my body doesn't let me.

I want to keep working with my infernals Asmodeus, Bime , Stolas and Murmur and Hekate and my ancestor spirit. How do I manage to work with them all and how do I replenish myself so I can get back to doing spiritual work again?
