Question for boardgame lovers among us

I know there are two very cool games that are/will be published: "Zona: The Secret of Chernobyl" (which btw I'm sooo exicted to get hands on the expansion) and "Stalker: The Board Game"(yet to be published).

What other games do you know that resembles the Zone and feeling of our beloved franchise?
