Good/bad experiences with tigerair Taiwan

Hey all! I was wondering if anyone had any good or bad experiences to share with using tiger air taiwan? I'm excited to visit beautiful Taipei next week from Japan. I only have two options for the return flight one is Eva at 6am which would be brutal on me as a not morning person, the other is tiger air at noon. There's not much online about tiger air and most of it doesn't seem too positive. Price is basically the same. One thing that concerns me is that I might need wheelchair assistance at the airport so I hope that the staff would be able to help me. As well my credit card was stolen last time I used air Asia (another lcc) so I'm worried about that also. Can anyone share how good/bad your recent experiences have been with tiger air?
