Flex worker who was able to order training product

Up until July, I was still getting the prompt to order training product even though I was switched to flex. I guess they noticed because I wasn’t able to order for november and I also seen that my training product order is canceled for the next few months. I’m pretty sure this month’s is still coming in though. Would I be able to get it if it comes in?
