Failed to get pre sale for seventeens new tour

Hey guys, I’m new to buying vip tickets for a kpop concert. I bought my carat membership and I didn’t realize you had to sign up for pre sale I thought it just automatically worked once you bought the membership. I know when the general sale happens on Thursday that there’s probably gonna be close to none of the seats in general. Is there any hope for me to get a resold ticket or anything that’s closer to floor or maybe even a vip sound check? I’m pretty doubtful and upset with myself, I’ve wanted to see them for so long and was scared of making mistakes and I ended up making a really big one. Thanks guys in advance I’m so sad
