🤔🤔 New member here. I have a question.🤔🤔

I am new to this community and I am curious about what exactly is the classification of reality shifting. What does it entail? For example, would astral projection be part of that classification because you are removing your consciousness from your physical vessel and exploring the astral plane? I am just wondering exactly what everyone's own definition of reality shifting is.
