Realistic menstrual cycles?

Since having to get gas for cars is all but confirmed by rockstar, do you think Lucia will have realistic menstrual cycles and have to carry tampods or the blood shows through her pants? Maybe she gets a little snippy with Jason when its going on? Anyone here work at rockstar and think they could pull a few strings to make this happen?
