Tower of Retry

Nebby actually addressed Crit Fishing that ppls were using (one of the main uses ppls use Retry feature) The same deal with Evasion Fishing apparently. (except for 100% evades)

Meaning the main thing for Retry is to just move characters around or use different skills.

Haven't tried using Retry in other parts of the game, not sure if you can still Crit Fish or not.
