Scholarships

I am 25 years old and have a BA in Mathematics and an MA in Economics. However, I am not satisfied with what I was taught, as the educational level in my country (Georgia) is quite low. My dream is to pursue an MA in Economics abroad where I can gain practical knowledge, but the problem is that I am quite poor. Should I surrender and give up on my dream?
