Really good results and now massiv hairloss

Hi! I started my medication (finasterid dermarolling and minoxidil) in march. I had great results! I gained so much hair. But since 3 weeks i noticed that i start to lose hair again. Not just a little. I lose hair like i never took the medications. Before that i had little to no hairlos. It basically stopped. Now i can clearly see how my hair is getting thin again an that its getting as bad like in the beginning when i took my medication. Did some of you experieced the same? Is the minoxidil not effective anymore? Really need advice
