Peanut Butter got me on 88 fasting glucose
After a decade of having anywhere between 112 and 124 fasting glucose (pre-diabetes) I started eating 4 spoons of peanut butter daily on my father’s suggestion.
I have one teaspoon (100 calories) prior to each meal or snack. Not only did absolutely kill my sugar cravings but it stabilized my blood glucose (no more spikes). I eat 2000 calories a day (4 meals).
My glycosylated hemoglobin came back at 5.2 (was 6.1) and fasting glucose at 88 after 3 months. Lipids are on point as well
I am sure you all know about the benefits of eating healthy fats but this really helped as I love the taste and it’s so convenient!!
