Fertility consult

My partner and I have been trying for 6/7 cycles now, I had my AMH tested and scans done before even coming off birth control just to get a feeling of timeline/ what was possible, numbers were on the low range, and now better part of a year later my AMH is lower still… my partner is getting a semen analysis but I called the fertility clinic to ask if I should wait and retest and they have told us to both come in for a consultation to see what options may be.

Any advice on things to ask ? What to expect ? We are based in Ireland if that makes any difference

I know the norm is to wait 12 months then go get investigations but my numbers were already low for my age (31) so we don’t want to waste time
