Missed course points

So as the title says I missed my course (science at NUIG). I did A levels hence why I've got my results now. I got 372 points and the course is 440 last year. What now? I made sligo for science but I really don't want to take that. Is there clearing? Do I wait to see what happens with offer rounds or what? Any advice would be much appreciated.
