Purchase help

Since the Buds 3 Pro were announced I have been thinking of upgrading from my Buds Pro. While contemplating, I've looked at this page and noticed many people had problems with there 3 Pro's, either being the tips rip off trying to change them or the LEDs not lighting up evenly.

When they launched, I could get any pre-order discounts whatsoever, only the free clip case. I was not willing to spend €250 on them, especially after seeing all the posts here.

Now that I know that they are working on improving the quality, I might buy them, since I can get ~€50 off right now. But when I buy them now, it days "Delivery from August 30th".

So that being said, I have some questions:

1. Is it worth it to upgrade from the Buds Pro to the Buds 3 Pro?

2. Since it says "Delivery from August 30th", does this mean the Buds I receive will be from the new (improved) batch?

3. I've also seen people talk about bad build quality compared to the Buds 2 Pro, but what is it compared to the Buds Pro since these are also made of plastic and not rubber?
