Will it be as bad as the first time?

After 4 years of heavy use, I managed to stay sober for 8 months. Then I went on vacation, and are currently relapsed for 1 month..

I know that it’s time to stop again. But I’m afraid the withdrawals will be just as bad as the first time I quit.. I guess here goes for day 1
