Splitting bill /w Ukrainian girl

Hi, dating a ukrainian girl at the moment. I’ve found we have some different norms. It’s normal for me to have the man pay. Especially first dates, however, i’m used to getting the question to split the bill. I dont really care for the money that much. I just want to be sure i dont f myself over on the long run by creating the expectation of me paying. I dont think she’s out of my league or vice versa if that may be a factor.

I’ve read about the cultural differences. So i’m aware of the conservative stances they may hold.

Note: the girl makes a decent salary. She can support herself easily. Also shes well educated / serious.

My question: How do i make sure i’m not gonna be the wallet when it comes to dates in the future? Ask her to pay next time the bill comes up? Or bring it up after/before going on a date?

I can offend foreign people with my directness, but i wan’t to be subttle.
