Do you think zone 6+ will get busier?

Just a general question ... as most things in zone 5 and below gets more expensive and unlivable in london for the average Joe - do you think we will see an expansion of inner London culture to the outer zones as these areas are technically london and a lot of the london populace commutes from these areas. And Do you think this will be good or bad?

Considering moving to an area in zone 6 that is pleasantly diverse, residential and has a great commute to central. Just was thinking this morning how it could change in 10-15 years.

Just interested in peoples opinions tbh.
