2 months - donor pain sleeping

Hello I had a transplant 2 months ago, a fut. My donor still is very sensitive/tender. Also I have pain when my head is on a pillow and sleeping is uncomfortable. Is this normal and what can be done ? Would/can the surgeon provide something to help or anything else I could do ? Appreciate it
