5 adjustments and still new crown pain - should I ask for another?

I got two crowns after RCT on the last two molars on the upper left of my mouth. Ever since I got them 4 months ago, I’ve had to go back every couple of weeks to get them adjusted.

I’ll go in, they’ll adjust part of my bite and it won’t feel as though either crown is high. Then, several days later, I suddenly feel the crowns touching first again. Shortly after, I get sharp pain whenever I close my teeth together or chew. I’m really frustrated and at a loss for how to fix this. It also makes me uncomfortable having to continuously go back to them.

How many bite adjustments do I need? Or is it just a bad crown fit?
