Is an Msc in Clinical Trials worth it?

There's a scholarship a available to me for an Msc. in Clinical Trials. Since I love research, I'm inclined to take it but what are the job prospects like (in terms of availability, salary, job security etc)? Also, what does a typical day in the life look like?
