Need your opinion.

Hi, I was wondering if I could get your input. I started laying out a grid for my new save, and I wanted to know if it's realistic for cities to have grown this way. Also, could you share your thoughts on whether my rail connections are decent, especially the loop for eastbound trains entering the station? Thanks for the help.
