Dispensed (proper fkd)

Hey,

Does anyone have any hacks or tips to dealing with dispensed? They approved me for medicinal cannabis, I ordered from them $155 for express post 10g

My auspost tracker says it's been lodged and in Dandenong Victoria (I live in QLD) It been sitting there for over a week with no movement. Everything I go into dispensed chat All they say is they have moved it up to high importance and will contact me back......they never do. Everyday it's a half hour wait before I get a reply from chat and they just say the same thing Basically feels like I'm talking to a robot. I contacted auspost And they have a special team working on it, they said they scanned the manuscript but the physical item never got scanned so they are kinda clueless too and told me to contact dispensed again wich is absolutely useless. This is my first order through them And I'm at the point of just asking for my money back and going somewhere else, but I feel like that will also be useless. Feeling like I just got ripped off $155 at this point. .....apologies for the rant but I'm really frustrated. I'm pretty busy bloke and iv only started smoking again after 3 years off the buds(previously smoked daily heavily for 10+ years) just before I jump in to bed to help me sleep. Any tips on dealing with dispensed or how to get this matter sorted asap would be greatly appreciated as I'm basically left in the dark at this point and also down $155(wich is a fair amount of money for me)
