Specific Murder Mystery Anime

So I'm looking for a specific murder mystery anime that I barely know anything about because I saw a clip of it suggested in my IG feed from an account I don't follow and stupidly didn't save the post.

The clip I saw was a girl running to greet a guy on a pier of a lake? Then she trips and somersaults into the lake (not sure if next part is spoiler or not because idk what part of the show was clipped) but as she gets out of the water she is shot.

The caption said it was an anime about a guy trying to solve what he believes is a murder so honestly I'm not sure if I've seen the ending already but even still, I'd love to know the title of this anime as it caught my interest.
