Enclomiphene Question

Enclomiphene can raise testosterone in people to 1000ng/dl and higher. If one were to supplement mk677 to counteract the decrease in IGF-1 from it, would this have similar gains to someone who was just taking test injections and sitting at around 1000ng? If so, why or why not?
