BIOS Update?

Wasn’t sure how to title this but ran into a bit of an odd scenario and was wondering if this happened to anyone else or if anything has an explanation?

Basically saw on the driver support page for the Ally X that BIOS 305 is available to download. So I thought I’d check MyAsus and no update present, went to Armoury Crate and had a firmware update for version 311 available, installed it.

What is odd to me is that firmware update 311 isn’t available on the support page, yet I got it installed (310 is latest available to download) and didn’t get the apparently available BIOS update 305 through regular means? My device still shows BIOS 304.

Just curious that’s all, device still runs fine. Thanks in advance
