Retired Life

Where do you want to spend your retired life in UK and why? If given a choice to spend the retired life out of kingdom what will be your choice and why?

For me I think best place in UK is either Wales, Surrey. The reason I chose is affordability and low crime rate. I may be totally wrong but I actually want to know your thoughts on it.

Similarly for out of kingdom, Dubai and Canada can be good choices but things are changing drastically so you never know.
