Might've saw a cop using a dark spot and a Lyft sign to look inconspicuous

When I was driving home tonight around 9pm, I came to a Stop sign, and I SWEAR that I saw the purple Lyft sign in the car coming the opposite direction. Turns right and it's a Mesa cop. It was so dark that I had no idea it was a cop until it turned and I may be mistaken but I'm pretty damn sure it was one of those signs.
