I have 100 developers. Should I build a large and comprehensive SaaS or a single-product SaaS?

My team is engaged in enterprise software, such as efficiency software, data model, ETL, data governance, KPI dashboard, portal etc.

I am ready to transform into a SaaS company, but I don’t know whether to make a large and comprehensive SaaS or a SaaS for one product.

If I make a large and comprehensive SaaS, I am worried about insufficient human resources. If I only make one product, I am worried that the product’s income will not be able to support the team.

Please give me some suggestions.
