Difference between Humans and Robots?

Can you mention some points on which we can differentiate a human and an AI robot which can basically do everything which a human can do and even a million times better? Humans are made up of bones and flesh, whereas robots are made up of metal and AI programs. What is the difference between humans and robots on the consciousness level? What is even consciousness?

Moreover, robots are detached from everything and don't have any cravings and desires does that means they are enlightened?
