He wants to send us a dick-pic with hospital instruments

Hi everyone, we have a question:

We have a follower who works in anesthesia at a hospital. He asked me if I wanted a picture of his penis with hospital instruments. My husband and I both don’t want that. Sometimes it’s interesting when customers want to send something, but when it comes to hospital instruments, I say “no.” However, I have the feeling that he really wants to show it. Do you also have customers who want to send you pictures? We are new to this industry and always thought that we make the pictures/videos to send out, not the other way around. What would you reply? Say “yes” and ignore the instruments, or be honest and say, “no, that doesn't interest us. If you like, without the hospital instruments, but not with them.” Customers also don’t buy everything we offer and choose what interests them. What do you think?
