Bluetti app - change timezone

Anyone know how to change the timezone to UTC -07:00 (Pacific Time Zone)? Only option available for "United States" is UTC -04:00 (Eastern Time Zone). Trying to set the right timezone so I can get the right information showing on the "Daily Power Profile" and "SOC Trend" charts. Right now, all the charts are off by 3 hours.
