Looking for a "Guild House" mod

Hi everyone! I recently installed ‘RSP - Guild Starter’ to make sense of having several vanilla and modded follewers. However, my house (The Northern Star Retreat) might soon be too small if I really want to play with a Guild, so I'm looking for a mod that would offer a place big enough and complete enough to house at least 8 people ! (I'd also like to be able to house kids if possible).

But I don't want big titanic castles, or simple empty halls with rows of beds, rather something immersive and coherent for a small group that would like to live all together.
