Can I Save Multiple Artboards from Illustrator into their Own File?

I'm not sure if this is a functionality, but I'm hoping to be able to to save each column as their own .AI files (4 .AI files total) I know I can save *everything* to be their own files, but is there a way to save things in groups? Thanks!
