Do I need to go to therapy??

I’m a 26 year old single dad to my daughter who I love so much but ever since not being with her mother a few years ago I have been having a “problem”. I have been using sex with random girls I meet to cope I guess. It’s obviously consensual but I just feel like I need more to feel happy with myself. Part of me knows it’s wrong but I just can’t get myself to stop.
