Anywhere still carry COVID at-home tests?

I’m in central/central east Baltimore and I’m having a hard time buying good at-home tests for Covid.

Cost is not an issue for me with private insurance. I’m just having a hard time locating the more sensitive/accurate at-home tests. Like BinaxNOW.

33rd Street Giant had no tests in the aisle or to an employee’s knowledge. And Walgreens’ brand tests have shown false negatives for me while I later got a positive PCR test.

I’m currently sick with Covid so I’m asking a friend to pick some up for me and don’t want to send them all over searching.
