Can Mr. Foxglove Make Madness and Flashback Work in Bant? [Article}

I'm a sucker for making weird, old cards work with new commanders and when I saw [[Mr. Foxglove]] spoiled, I was immediately curious if he could make Madness cards like [[Circular Logic]] and [[Basking Rootwalla]] work in commander. Add in a few flashback spells for good measure and the wonderful spellslinger creature type and you've got a Bant deck that's discarding for fun and profit!

For those of you who've tinkered around with madness, flashback, etc. in commander before, how does it play out for you? I know that [[Anje Falkenrath]] can make it work at higher power levels, but I've never run across a more casual madness deck. What pitfalls should I look out for? Are there cards I missed but need to include? How do you win games?
