Tiles may contain asbestos?

Hey, i live in an old block of flats and they want to do reconstruction of a floor in our building. Do these floor tiles look suspicious to you that it may contain asbestos and should be therefore removed with professionals? I only heard about asbestos being in vinyl flooring, but read elsewhere that it could be in any type of floor. Id better ask here, whats your opinion please.
