Learning two programming languages at a time

Hello Every one, I'm a freshman cs student, I was wondering if learning two programming languages is beneficial or in contrary harmful. I'm currently comfortable with the C programming language and I'm learning C++ for my DSA course, also I wanted to learn Python to automate some stuff and get familiar with OOP. Do you think it's a good idea , Thanks in advance
