michigan grants/paying for school

i already did my fafsa but my school didn't give me any money because my SAI was too high (even though my parents aren't paying for anything)

michigan just started a new community college guarantee and there's another grant that i'm eligible for on the michigan website but neither are showing up on my school website?

how do i use these/can i just register for classes and it'll pay for it? i can't pay the amount out of pocket
