Help with migration

Hello everyone, I have an account in 3558 with 6m power that i’d like to migrate to my current kingdom in 3586 to use as a farm account.

I thought i could only migrate that far after kvk1 although my leader says i can go inactive on that account for 15 days and then the game would let me migrate that far, is this true?

What’s the best or quickest way to get this account into my current kingdom?
