Alo Intentionally Deceiving Customers with Outdated Products?

I just had a frustrating experience with Alo Yoga, and I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered something similar. I ordered the Goddess Ribbed Short Sleeve Dress from their website, expecting the product shown online—a dress with a logo on the back and thicker fabric. Instead, I received an older version of the dress that I saw months ago in-store, which has a logo on the front and much thinner fabric.

I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, the situation was handled in a way that left me feeling pretty frustrated. They acknowledged the mistake but insisted that I return the item on my own time before issuing a refund. What’s even more absurd is that I couldn’t return the product to the store because it’s considered "an incorrect item."

To top it off, I’ve been waiting for a return label for the past five days, and it still hasn’t arrived. It seems ridiculous that I have to go through all this hassle to correct a mistake that Alo made. Why should I waste my time fixing their deceptive actions? Has anyone else experienced this with Alo?
