Cannot log in to my account and instead get put in a empty new one

I just came back in minecraft after a long break, the last thing i remember is doing the microsoft migration thing , now that i come back the moment i try to log in to my account , when i put my email and password it puts me in a account that is not the one i had for all these years, instead its putting me in a completely new account with 0 history in it even though it should be putting me on my account, because of this i have lost all my progress in both single player and multiplayer and cannot access my account at all and no matter how hard i search for others with this issue i cant seem to find anything which is forcing me to be unable to play unless i go in the empty account it now puts me in which has 0 progress and defeats all the time and effort i put through all these years . If there is any way you could help me i would gladly appriceate it
