Post-spell fatigue

I know it’s normal to feel a bit spent after doing a spell, but I think I overdid it this time LOL. I’m drained, dizzy AND I have a headache after doing a pretty powerful spell. I am currently hydrating. What else can I do as after-care? I’ll probably go to bed early tonight.
